Inclement Weather Policy:

If the Albemarle County Schools will be opening two hours late or cancelling school for the day, the AIPBRT is cancelled. If not, we will go forward with the meeting. For info call: 434-296-5886.

Parking

We encourage you to park at the Church of the Incarnation next door to Our Lady of Peace. After parking in the church lot, look for the side road that leads to the back of Our Lady of Peace and you will see a sidewalk and a sign. Follow the sidewalk up the stairs and it will bring you to the side entrance of the DePiro Room.

About the Chamber's Aging in Place Business Round Table

The Chamber of Commerce Aging in Place Business Round Table (AIPBRT)is composed of businesses and organizations that provide products or services which empower their clients to "age in the place of their choice."

AIPBRT meetings and activities provide opportunities for members that serve the 50+ age market to educate themselves and their clients about the diverse public and private services that benefit senior citizens, their families and caregivers, and the greater community.

AIPBRT meetings are structured but are collaborative and informal; they are a place for us to learn from each other and enjoy the fellowship of a wide variety of service providers. Members regularly refer clients between each other based on the trust built during these interactions.

Chamber members are encouraged to attend AIPBRT meetings even if they are not members of the AIPBRT itself. Non-Chamber members -- both service providers and consumers -- are welcome to attend two meetings before becoming Chamber members.
