Collaborating for vitality and choice in the second half of life
Advantage Computer Training, LLC(ACT) is designed to provide computer software assistance to seniors and to members of the organizations that provide them support. On many levels, the needs of these two groups are different and it is important that they receive training with those differences in mind.
Assistance is offered in the form of 1-on-1 training, traditional classroom-style training where attendees perform hands-on exercises, and demonstration-style sessions. Sessions are performed at the client’s location whenever possible. In addition, sessions can be conducted via videophone using Skype to serve clients that wish to maintain their privacy.
Mark Watlock, the owner and operator of ACT, has over 25 years of computer training experience and has been consistency cited for his patience and ability to work with users of all levels of experience.
