"Someday, All of this Will Be Yours" -- great radio program

If you enjoyed the recent "Legal Dream Team" presentation at Aging in Place Business Round Table, you will probably enjoy today's Diane Rehm Show (a regular NPR lunchtime program).

Today's guest was a Historian of American Law, Hendrik Hartog, and his topic was based on his new book, "Someday All This Will Be Yours" in which he explores how we "negotiated" care of our parents in grandparents in the days BEFORE Social Security, Medicare or Medicaid.

Seems lots of folks have recently begun to romanticize how well that worked. Hartog sheds some light on the reality of it.
